The FOOD IS MEDICINE Mobile brings fresh produce, wellness resources, nutrition education, and community support directly into underserved communities. We work to bridge the gap between healthcare, food access, agribusiness, and preventative wellness by partnering with farms, pantries, schools, medical professionals , and local organizations to build stronger communities across Detroit, Cleveland, and Chicago.
